Hi my name is Horace J. Bess. I am new to real estate investing. I would like to learn as much as possible! I have read books on the subject but never done a deal. I would like to start wholesaling to generate quick cash and pay off some debts. I would also like to use this site to learn how to buy my own home. I would like my own home to be an undervalued fixer upper. I would like to rehab it and have good equity in it once done. My long term goal for real estate is to acquire and quickly pay off several buy and hold properties. I welcome any comments and suggestions. I am coachable, motivated and ready to start meeting new people and making connections!
