New to Real Estate and trying to find the best way to create leads and reach people about investment properties.

I'm just new to this world and wonder what someone with some experience would do.

Congrats on submitting that offer and perusing Senior living, either for you or your client.I have been involved in the purchasing process for several senior living facilities, and work closely with a few people who operate RCFE, sober living, and similar types of properties.From what I have learned, the most important thing to keep in mind when purchasing RCFE properties, is that you are also purchasing a business.

Try to find people who are where you want to be and then just copy them, what do/did they do to get there and do the same thing. 

Now were all standing on a field with cricket bat's and starring at some wickets wondering what the hell is a wicket.....

I can understand how a wholesaler would find some deals (I've heard some podcasts about that, essentially they're hitting the pavement) but I wonder how "investors" and "realtors" find properties if they are not using MLS/Zillow/Redfin? 

It’s great to see people with an eagerness to grow in real estate wholesaling.
