Assuming the guests are being 100% honest and transparent those wild and crazy success stories are anomalies.Slow and steady will win the race my friend...snowballs get bigger as they roll downhill. 

I have been working with sellers on Fiverr who use PropStream and others who use ListSource  and I am finding wildly different lead counts from each seller for the same criteria.

However, by unit it can vary wildly with the smaller units and more urban units go more for Airbnb and the bigger and beach markets go higher for VRBO. 

OK Ladies :)  if the buyer closed through Title company like they should have and got title insurance and the title company missed that the MRS needed to sign.. the BUYER has a title claim and they will come in and settle this for everyone..

Axel, talk to Ann Bellamy, who is fairly prolific on BP and was in podcast interview #9, I think - she's a hard money broker, a great lady and I'm sure she would be happy to let you pick her brain about this side of the real estate biz.
