We've hired on full time VAs, part-time cold callers, account management and accounting. 

Of course you can get some help from VAs to help with mailing or answering the phone calls. 

With my current team of both offshore VAs and in-house team, we delegate initial filter to our VAs in the Philippines.

A couple of my friends who are wholesalers have hired VAs to sift through the millions of numbers and narrow them down to accurate numbers.

Then get VAs to delegate a lot of your busy work.

I think regardless of where you go you'll be doing significant training to any VA unless you're willing to pay a good price for those VAs.

If one of you is exempt from the VAs funding fee, it's a hard loan to beat.Alternative/additional option, ask about him doing a gift of equity.

They then have a team of VAs and local assistants that will do all the grunt work.Rehabbers can hire acquisition managers and project managers to help get the properties and then manage the rehabs.

I just leverage automation, systems, and delegate everything else to VAs.
