I also relocated to miami Florida from columbus ohio. it all started with mindset.

We are Canadians eyeing up the market in the USA and looking to start investing in properties across the border. 

It started as an FHA loan but had to switch to conventional.

These figures are updated every Federal fiscal year which starts October 1.

If anyone has an end lender that has successfully closed a handful occupied padsplit loans and can underwrite based off actual padsplit rents I would really appreciate an intro.

Do you have investment properties already or are you just getting started? 

If you haven't found a meetup, that's where we started to network with investors, as we formed our own groups to discuss investing.
