Any experience or feedback with Corporatehousingbyowner (CHBO)?

Anyone has any experience with CHBO for mid-term rentals or corporate rentals in Atlanta suburbs? Is it worth paying their annual subscription fees and do their 30-day rent guarantee mean anything if they aren't refunding the payment?
