Yes, but not one with stain glass and all, Mennonite church/ two open floors. it was in an area that was zoned for 2 family, i went before the zoning board as a condition to buying the property, and was able to convert it to a 2 family /  2 levels, student rental ( got 8 bedrooms out of it).

If they decide they want to clean it they should clean it - awesome & great if so - i agree with others the hard wood will likely be fine unless buckets of water are released or the steam want is held over areas to long (like focusing on a stain for 10+ min).

Personally I'd want to see the seat up in a picture so I could get a general idea of how dirty the bowel could be and ensure there are no mold stains on the underside of the seat.

My question for the BP community is given by budget constraint of $1,050 should I stain the cabinets, replace and stain new cabinet doors, try to install new cabinets on my very limited budget or wait until I have a bit more $ and have the contract replace new cabinets and counter tops all at one time.
