I see a fair amount of potential in the southwest side, near Midway AirportFourth, what financial resources/burdens will you have?

For the first 10 years of my life, I did grew up  the City of Chicago on the south and southwest side of the city.

I am looking to possibly expand to the Southwest Hilltop area as it seems to be kept up well and the houses appear to be in good shape.  

I have had nothing but problems with them and airlines like Southwest never give me the same issues.Social media is extremely powerful.

As a real estate practitioner in the Colorado Springs market for a better part of the last 15 years, I can recite the obvious...School District 20 has an excellent reputation overall, the north and southeast quadrants are some of the fastest growing and the southwest is largely quite desirable.

The near southwest Chicago suburbs have very little inventory, and there are multiple offers on almost everything.  

What neighborhoods in the South/West side are you looking at?
