2" extra insulation in attic, going two feet lower with spray foam in basement, etc. -- we probably spent 1K extra to get back an extra 5K)unfortunately, most banks around here will only lend based on your total cost, NOT appraised value when doing cash out.

At the very least, the home equity line should be negotiated down, if possible.Not having dealt with funerals myself, thankfully, I would have to guess that you aren't going to get away with shaving much off of that.

So the installer made an S, having the primary (hot or neutral wrapped nearest the wrapped wire and the very end of the wire forms the second half of the S and terminates under that second screw.
