Do not fall for the Nevada/Wyoming/Delaware/OtherFabulousState scam, you'll need to then register in two states and won't get the protection/savings that the salesperson promised you, because when you buy property in MA, then MA laws are the ones that matter.

Of course, there's always real estate agents, but most of them in this area can't get themselves a listing and would probably see me as a scam (based on conversations I've had) - worth following up with, though.

There are scams going around where you get an email or mail that says "wire instructions have changed - wire to account xxxx"I'd think it's easily verified by calling the closing agent and verifying the account and routing numbers.

I think it might be a hindrance to your brand/ reputation especially if you are using a company or LLC, many scams use Facebook messages and you don't really want to be associated with scams like that.
