To leave it with the property owner might cause some individual homeowners to lose their home but then an investor that can handle fixing the problem will be able to benefit and restore the home to functionality.

That gives us some good passive income and benefits as a safety net, and it opens me up to new opportunities to learn and do new things.I've owned 4 houses before, including completely restoring a 1940's dutch colonial in Ohio that I did almost all the work on, but we currently rent as it made more financial sense for the moment.

Because if I'm understand the 50% and 2% rule, then I'm doing thing the wrong way.Also after I finish the paint job and floors should I focus on my next purchase or should I focus on restoring the carriage house first?

If those are not met, it is not covered under the ADA nor the ADA Restoration Act.So, if it is not obvious how this dog is a service dog, I'd ask for documentation on the task the dog performs, the training it received for it and how that task mitigates the disability the person claims.Legitimate owners of service dogs should have absolutely no problem proving their claims.
