Hello, my name is Greg Wilson and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have followed some of the forums on BP for a while now and think it is about time I join.

I am purchasing a large number of single family homes throughout the Salt Lake area with a group called Restore Utah. I am interested in meeting more investors or wholesalers wanting to do deals around here and purchasing more properties. On an average month I purchase between 20-30 homes, with the goal of building a large rental portfolio in the region. One of the driving factors behind our portfolio is community revitalization by providing top quality rental units.
