@Timothy Blackman Tax sales, whether tax deeds or tax liens, are no where near as easy as the prople promoting them imply.

Do you have any referrals for PM or any of the CORE four?  

What happens in situations like this is they start by going after the promoter and then go after every customer of the promoter.
