Discovering the concept of house hacking ignited a passion within me, prompting deep dives into podcasts and books on the subject.Currently in the NACA process since June 2023, I anticipate viewing properties by March.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself. 

And my wife and I are excited about a new business we'll be launching in a few months (a passion project that's real estate related).
