I since have given a contingency of a co-signer if not able to meet the net income qualifications; sounds like that was offensive and pushed away a bad situation. :) My wife and I just had our first child, and this strategy is enabling us to have her stay at home.

Youre investing in a new (to you) marketing strategy​ - there is no better way to learn how it operates than to man the front line.

Also no offense, but you are an entry level agent, and there's nothing wrong with that, use the opportunity to gain experience and learn from more seasoned agents.

In my example, Haverhill, has some great A- and B+ areas, but the rental areas are the inner city for C.No offense to folks, but if you see more green grass....A+B and more storage/trash.....C+D.

It's just too bad we can't actually get these people charged with a criminal offense.
