Yes it's market and sunb market dependantSome areas a 1/1 might actually be desireable... for instance if thers a lot of young migrant worker class millenealsA 2/2 obv could be more desireable y young couples and married etc... a lot of other factors tooSo it's about truly knowing your market, comps, etc.
