How does paying my fiancee's mortgage hurt my loan chances?

I pay my fiances mortgage. Its not in my name or anything.  When she decided it was right to live together, i took over mortgage payments and she just still pays the utilities. The payment is auto-debited out each month from my personal account. Would this come back to bite me when purchasing a rental property.  Will a lender see this as a mortgage im paying, and count it as debt? It does appear on my bank statements. It can be switched to come back from her account, just would still reflect on my past statements
