My two cents: get a job and HUSTLE right out of school and create some income and save up some capital.

Maybe the 2017 tax and jobs act gets extended, but either way, if tax savings is the primary motivation, don't do it.

If you do a good job, the judge will reward you with an eviction, usually 5 days for the tenant to vacate (five days because that is the time period that tenant has to file for an appeal of the judges verdict).

I do not think enough coverage is going to the people who are fighting this fight -that job is tough and a big uphill battle to fight these fires.
