if those get tied up based on his defense of "I bought this house," consider at that time whether pursuing the legal process is worth the candle (i.e. a lawsuit can get very expensive very fast and may simply cost too much when a $15,000 house is at stake).

If you burn the candle at both ends for as long as you can and establish to yourself that you can bring in as much if not more money in investing over a consistent long period of time, you won't even have to debate the move .

I would work 7 days a week (as an agent you don't get off on the weekends) and were burning the candle on both ends running from meetings to job sites and back.So my goal for this year is to log a little less hours, lower my stress level a bit and make more time for the things I enjoy outside of work.

This can hurt the marketability but on the west coast you should be fine - lots of hippies headed that way to "find themselves."  :-)As far as the City goes assuming that this park is non-conforming then the city will have a hard time shutting it down if the owner is willing to fight.
