Available at most hardware stores, can buy you  another few years between build up layers and/or re-roof .Re directions and DIY...be sure to use gloves, disposable trowel/putty knife, have some denatured alcohol to clean any of it off you or your clothes, but, ideally don't get it on you.

Seriously though, I know white cabinets, dark wood trim, white painted brick (a cardinal sin to paint brick anyway IMO so good riddance there), glass block bathrooms, Tuscan kitchens, brass hardware, reclaimed wood, Edison bulbs, furniture and fixtures made out of black pipe and distressed wood, interior sliding barn doors, pastels, too much granite, chevron patterns, whicker furniture, etc. have all been way overdone recently and are on their way out now, and brightly painted cabinets are in, but beyond that I’m not sure what the “next” design trends are currently.

Probably paint the cabinets and get new hardware.

Yes, in the long run this crisis will hit people's wallets and we may see more inventory from people who are downsizing, but I don't think that will happen until stimulus checks and unemployment run out. 

Last, I'd consider replacing door hardware since the brass handles really date a unit (hello 90's!).
