Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

2500 sqft home, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath custom built home in Friendswood, Tx with huge 450sqft bonus room (not shown in pictures)

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We are 30 year+ residents of the area, and we love it here! Our passion and mission is to improve and develop our community.

How did you add value to the deal?

Full remodel from the floors up, updated to the condition of new homes in the area. Opened the kitchen to the living area by adding a 15ft bar area, featuring quartz kitchen countertops and brushed bronze hardware (also found throughout the house.) New ceramic tile throughout the home, and matching granite countertops in all baths.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Working with the right team to streamline a deal is not an option. We personally organized a full team to clean, renovate, stage and sale this property and learned how much help an investor friendly agent could have helped with every step of the way.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes, the most notable mention is Monica Foster. She is an expert at marketing and bringing buyers to a property, a true professional we look forward to working with again.
