We put in a full commercial kitchen with 48” range on wheels all while making it feel like a home. 2 fireplaces one in a 30x30 great room and another in lower level next to the round table.

The main level also has a large Living Room with gas fireplace, spacious eat in kitchen and a formal dining room.

There’s also a living room with a fireplace, an indoor-outdoor dining room and a center-island kitchen done in mahogany and bluestone.

Depending on the room my sister has a nice wall mounted electric fireplace that you could put in depending on the room.

I did already refund them the cleaning fee before the checkout because my fireplace was out of order.

While in the home we added a wood burning fire place, poured a concrete patio, freshened up the landscape, and did a few other odds and ends.
