Don't agree one bit with that statement and Im getting a feeling that most people in this thread are inflating the struggles I've been facing.

A positive word from you could turn things around here where people are beginning to feel the course is a scam.

That's just a niche of customer that they really feel comfortable taking risk with. 

Having a co-signer doesn't feel like that at first, but you can't predict the future.

After talking to my accountant we feel confident we meet the requirements.

If not in a bathroom, I feel these are trashy.
