My idea is to offer my skills, such as social media management, painting, or assisting with various menial tasks, in exchange for the opportunity to learn the trade.

Find a local investor-friendly realtor in your area who can give you an overview and assist you as you start to get to work.

I only use it for my client do get the credit card feeds but here and there an account or two is completely out of sync and I didn't realize it until my client's assistant was questioning the other credit cards.

If I am inheriting the tenants, I might offer to assist with moving costs if they move sooner rather than later.

@Raghavendra Jakkani wanted to add that some states, source of income is protected so you can’t exclude income sources that may come from child support, government assistance etc.

Assisted Living:  When policy's don't allow visitors you cannot find new renters to move into a (prison).
