Read a lot, copied everything I could get my hands on and pestered everyone with endless questions:)Learned from mistakes and always ask, "what's the worst that can happen?"

I will simply buy the item, then hire someone to go and pick it up and put it in storage.

Hello, I'm looking to purchase small to medium sized self storage facilities in the Denver area, and would love to meet up with anyone in the area who has either already done this or who is seriously interested in doing the same thing.

And now that the furniture is not an expense (since I’ve already purchased it) I literally just need to plop it somewhere vs pay for storage!
