Currently under contract to acquire storage units near where I live. Business plan has been submitted and underwriting is underway. I have been obtaining quotes for fencing, surveillance, gravel, gate systems, lighting, ESS.. ect..

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Grow long term wealth. Passive income preferred, with minimal hands on needed. I love that it is local to me and can check in as needed.
