I have one tenant who has to go out of town but called to tell me that and said he had arranged for someone to pay his rent when his disability check comes in for May.

You have to accomadate if there are disabilities senior or esa and service oriented. 

I have decided to see what April brings before I contact the housing authority in regards to my specific Section 8 tenants as in most cases my Section 8 tenants are also on disability which I am thinking will at least allow them to pay normally.  

If its their personal cleanliness, I think that's the most sensitive because it could be from a depression, disability, etc.. 

We've worked with him through job losses and temporary disability.

I am currently working as a case manager in Los Angeles for the developmentally disabled population and planning to return to school for a Master's in counseling psychology and license (somewhere 1-2 years from today).

Death, disability, loss of job, separation or divorce, probate, relocation, tax issues, legal problems", ...just to name a few "life events" that can lead to a so-called "lowball over and acceptance".

I was expecting my tenant to pay without hassle as she's on disability so we know that her income is not impacted with COVID.

I disabled the option to pay via credit card because the fees seem too steep for a tenant to ever consider doing that. 

She is on SSI / Disability.
