You can dedicate 1 day out of the week and still work those files, while continuing to look for properties with equity, analyzing multi's, wholesaling etc. 

I have 13 years of experience and a dedication to each project. 

I once carried my R.E. in the early ninety's , but with 4 young children and a full time job , it was hard to dedicate any time to the industry.

Taking action, I am dedicated to this and I know I have the means to be successful in this business.

I'm a full time Firefighter/EMT, husband, father of two very active and amazing children, and a dedicated family man.

Networking is not hard; you just have to be dedicated, helpful, and have good follow-up.

I do a lot of write offs through this and one thing im curious about is how i can structure house / flipping & rentals in my business.I plan on continuing to work in the industry i am in due to the flexibility and earning potential... on good years i will very likely be able to earn north of 350-400K and still have 4-6 months I can dedicate to REI.

But I think the real estate industry is setup to give investors a false impression.I would love for BiggerPockets to dedicate an entire podcast episode to failure just to pain a clear picture of this is what it looks like.
