There are multiple smokers who came to the front yard to smoke even though they have a fenced back yard, and 100+ feet away the cigarett smell flows over to my property.

The state couldn't balance the budget so it raised the tax on a pack of cigarettes $0.65.

They put cigarettes out on my sofa, nightstands, and carpets.

Quick question to my friends of Biggerpockets , how to get rid of cigarette smell in your unit??

[2] Will they pay for them--not just the initial lease term, but give up their beer and cigarette money year after year?

The back apartment I occupy was a complete filthy cigarette reeking gut job. 

Basically you just plug it in your car cigarette lighter (or whatever they are called now) and it will track everything and include a detailed map. 

Now I can see them, less cigarette smoke comes on my side, I can’t really hear them anymore and they really don’t hang out outside as much anymore because they were outdoor living to harass.

As for CYA, plan a quarterly inspection where you notate the secret cat and and the cigarette smoke.  

Treat it the same as cigarette use.
