Michael Garofalo Electrical Panel Preventative Maintenance

The tenants still have power in the unit (i.e. other appliances and outlets are all working), but I don't want to neglect this and create a situation where a fire hazard may be present.My question is: is there any type of preventative maintenance (i.e. periodically add deox/other chemicals to support conductivity) or inspections I should be doing as landlord on the panel every so often?

I still have chemicals that can be sprayed on the shingles then pressure wash the roof and looks like new. there are many individuals in Florida that still do it.

I would not use an acid or any other harmful chemicals on it.If it were me I would tape/tarp/seal off the walls and floor and create a tarp-trough there in front of the hearty to contain any runoff water.

This may sound a little silly, but, meth lab makers or builders, or whatever you want to call them, are also aware effects of the chemicals and usually take steps to create some form of confined space.
