None of us would be driving cars if the car makers set out to make the "perfect" car before selling them.Plus, even if he does find the "perfect" area to farm, if he doesn't have the right message then it still won't work out for him.So, I say just get it going!

Travel in the JET age is one of the great things to do.15 hours your on the other side of the world.. so for 1k for a ticket your gone..you can get cheap hotels here for 20 a nice and food etc.with your Bay Area winnings you should be able to live indefinitely over seas  LOL

The fourth unit is rented by a long term tenant who is welcome to stay indefinitely and agreed to a 10% rent increase, no renovations required.

My dad's financial situation is pretty good: he has a $1,000/mo small mortgage on his primary residence, owns everything else in cash with no other debts/loans, and also has a $10,000/month income from his work that will continue indefinitely as a pension of about $8,000/mo when he retires in two years.
