Has anyone found a property manager in south Florida (that covers Fort Lauderdale) that they really like? 

Getting into the house and house hacking at the very least (when done correctly) puts you in a better position to save more aggressively especially if your entire housing payment is covered.

After they asses what all needs replacing or what they feel needs replacing they'll submit to you what they're willing to cover and deductibles and payments etc.
