They don’t think about insuring their assets because they have none or atleast no desire to understand the value and they sure as heck don’t want any extra bills to pay due to barley paying the ones they have . if they are paying the insurance that means they may not be paying me ( the landlord) also it’s less money for priorities in life such as cigarettes , alcohol , and lotto tickets

Usually our best and longest term tenants partake.Many different factors involved but unfortunately in my experience I've seen alcohol and excessive sugar/fast food consumption (obesity related health challenges) negatively alter more lives than weed.
