So, I found a different property that we felt much better about.At the end of the day, I believe that you should analyze the deal, and do your due diligence to see if it's right or wrong for you.The deal that I passed on, might have been someone's cup of tea, but if they are an out of town investor, I hope they have a great property manager that they can trust!

If it’s not your cup-o-tea then that’s okay, but as a wholesaler myself I would say that I actually enjoy it and glad I switched from being an agent to wholesaling.
