I am willing to bet that when you send out your mailer, the receiver will receive 7 more from others.Do you really think you making your mailer purple, will make you magically different/better?

Not only did it have all the stuff covering the floor, but the entire interior had been spray painted purple and black stripes (obviously during some drug binge).

Your more purple/red counties are way more reasonable and the ones I invest in.

Also, put any repairs pointed out by the inspector into the following categories (by priority)1) Health & Safety - to avoid tenant injury and potential lawsuits2) Property Preservation - to stop further costlier damages3) Government Required - city inspection repairs & S84) Marketing Negative Impact - who'll rent a house with purple bedrooms?

If I mail a letter to you, yellow, blue, pink or purple, the job is still not done.

Use a purple invitation envelope or something along those lines.

It's interesting to look at the differences between the red, blue, and purple states.

I suspect reducing the number of HOA communities is going to be harder than flipping Williamson purple.   

I would have to decide between "retiring" (ramen noodle style) being pushed up to mid 70's, or taking the purple pill and calling it a good game.Now I am prepared for this move.
