When I travel to Hawaii, and spend a day or two looking at potential investment housing...even if I don't buy anything...that plane ticket is a deduction.I'm going to assume you're a smart guy, so as you know, there are numerous methods to get around paying taxes on your real estate income.

It did exactly that, I took the Ultimate Beginners Guide and it put me in the right direction.The reason I put "Trainee" in my subject is because I bought into the systematic way of thinking so I have acquired quite a bit of debt, and none of it is a "good debt".
