As a contractor I had to work for money, be at the mercy of the customer, jobs and timelines never seemed to go as planned, only to pay tax on the money I worked for.

The cash flow now is good enough for me to retire.

M1 Finance is supposed to be coming out with high yield at at least 4.50% APY next month.  

They require all cash to buy so the people there have money.
