@Josh July I think Operation BBQ was rolling out to there again, another way to donate both time or funds.Summary of their charity - they go to these devastated areas and cook BBQ for those in need, first responders etc.

I heard Josh, Brandon, and Mindy when they appeared as guests on various old episodes of the Stacking Benjamins podcast and was intrigued enough to start listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast.  

I've listened to probably 15+ podcasts in the last few days and I'm currently in the middle of Josh and Brandons new "How to invest in real estate: the ultimate begginers guide to getting started".

Speaking of which, I joshed my taxes in the original post - I pasted in from the wrong property taxes, so It's actually 3500, instead of 4600 in taxes (that was a nice surprise), so original numbers are a bit better.
