As investors go I notice their nerds, they love to boast and brag about their latest deal and the good ones will inspire and motivate you with good advice and help you grow.

Train transportation, 3 universities/colleges...Peterbilt trucks, Winstar casino, etc.   

I have to laugh when I see a rental boast about having a 45" TV.  

Even the investor online who flips homes constantly but boasts how he never uses his own cash.

I didn’t start my RI efforts until early 50s and now have seven SFH’s and a fourplex (not to boast, just saying you can move fast when you’re clear on your goal).

Currently, a casino and a laundromat occupy the 2 units. 

I don’t say that boastfully, I say that to give a proper perspective so that new investors don’t jump in with unrealistic expectations. 

I heard in recent years of casinos closing down, but some casinos opening back up as of recent.

Single house on 5 acres on a river about 1 mile from the Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass. 

I also think that a side effect of what you are proposing is that the stock market would be less volatile and casino-like because people would be able to value companies on fundamentals again much more easily.
