My plan would be to buy this building, have the income from the apartments and storage to cover the mortgage and then gut the storefront and open a liquor store or bookstore and personally run it.

My 2021 plan is to buy my first singe family (or multi-family) investment property in central Florida—focusing on the Orlando, Tampa, Ocala and Lakeland areas.I have no prior real estate investing experience, but I have jumped headfirst into educating myself (reading tons of books from the BiggerPockets bookstore and listening to the weekly BP podcasts), preparing my finances for upcoming investing (i.e., living on a tight budget to allow for greater savings), and just this weekend, obtaining my BiggerPockets Pro membership.I would love the opportunity to network with local real estate investors in central Florida, as we help eachother grow and achieve our real estate investment goals.
