Tuscaloosa is particularly interesting—it’s a growing college town that’s home to the University of Alabama’s flagship campus.

I'm 2 miles from 2 hospitals (one is Swedish and I've heard that they get a fair amount of travelers) and within walking distance to Denver University.

Our guests are a mixture of workers in town to those visiting university for homecoming/graduation ect.

The one who thinks that they are masters of the universe in EVERY area of life, has 30 different businesses, claims to be fit as a fiddle, with a life in perfect harmony, shows off huge toys, has 30 different businesses, including selling their time by the hour to provide coaching... this person is not running a real estate syndication business.

It sounds like you don't need a co-host, you need a Virtual Assistant, as @Alex F. says.

I would love to sit down sometime and connect over a cup of coffee or virtually.

If you take a newborn who has been feeding on formula and give them puree veggies they will think this is the best thing in the universe but that's because they don't know any better.

So the likes of University Circle, Ohio City, Tremont, Edgewater, and some parts of Lakewood are a good starting base. 

Would consider your perspective to be true universally?  

I think they meet in person, but not sure it may be on zoom - they are not members of MAREI, so I don't have all the info - they do post their meeting on Meetup.And there are a lot of virtual meetings, plus MAREI events on our calendar.
