Ricardo Olea in my opinion Quickbooks has very versatile functionality and is very user friendly.

After we start to become versatile in wholesaling, we will expand our business into Buy and Hold investing and Rehabbing.

Just google concrete flooring and you'll see how versatile it is.  

@Carson WrightLLC's are likely the most versatile entity structure if we are just talking about US Citizens / Partnerships / Corporations as members.You may have to think of other structures when you are considering taking on foreign individuals / exempt organizations.When it comes to ordinary income, speak to an accountant to see if an LLC taxed as an S-corporation makes sense.Best of luck

Interesting, where does one purchase the charger and is there an option to purchase a versatile charger to attract not only Telsas, but the other EVs (Ford Mustang..etc)? 

@Mrinal Parashar Google Workplace (and Office 365 for that matter) are incredibly versatile and powerful.

2 bedrooms will be more versatile to more people and you should be able to get more rent for it.

I have learned so much, making me very versatile and flexible. 

A mix of the two could be versatile.

I like versatility, properties that I can move if I need to, fix and flip, subdivide, rent long term, or rent short term all year long.
