I've finally made the decision to get into the market to Build to Rent.

I don't judge but it appears you're letting your daughter's decisions dictate your REI strategy.  

The decision making process is in the front end of things but after the set becomes easier.

Would it be a poor decision? 

I find that it produces better returns and work great to trade up and accelerate wealth building. 

I can imagine this is a challenging decision to make.My thoughts:When hope is a key component of the plan of action, it is time to cut losses.

The UAE market has continued to evolve, with various Emirates offering unique investment opportunities.Currently, we have a diverse portfolio of projects, including fish farming, stone trading, construction, and more.

Eric the big one for us is when trying to buy subdivision land.. and seller see's one acre being fold for 400k and they have 30 acres and now want 12 mil.. when in fact larger parcels for SFR are trading on the market at say 200k an acre.. they refuse to understand that it cost 50k or more per lot to get those lots buildable.. they just do the simple math and stick that price on them.  

In addition, trade policies have introduced new cost pressures, with a 10% tariff on Chinese imports raising prices on certain goods, though tariffs on Canadian and Mexican imports remain suspended until March.

I need to understand how much this would impact the ARV before making a decision.
