If that changes and your picture changes, it may be hard to tease apart the effect of the picture vs. whatever is driving traffic.There is a lot written about this sort of thing.

I expect that you would understand that concept (yes, I do highly respect your intelligence despite my teasing)...but a lot of people would actually think that what you said was the truth...

The leader seems like a cool guy but the tease is "get your education (as in buy the program) and I'll let you in on the deals we are doing".

I'm leaning towards most homeowners realizing the dollar is just practically worthless these days compared to even just 5 years back, so each year the price in lousy US dollars they would part with for their pride and joy and American dream is incrementally more, even if it means their houses and others' more and more pile up and sit on the market teasing agents who fail to bring an acceptable offer; and causing foreclosures, short sales, and distressed sales to sell at practically regular sale market value as compared to the overpriced inventory.

From a buyers perspective is it better for me to take the time to "qualify each deal to a seller rep" possibly wasting  time or send you the tease or an outline of the deal and just get the ball rolling once you have some interest ???
