I do not wish to be insensitive, but there is a substantial monthly rent in question, and I am not entirely comfortable with her tardy and somewhat evasive responses.

Sorry about tardy response – you would do the loan in individual(s) name (to get best terms) but would later put title in the name of the LLC.

C has gotten written up at work for attendance, tardiness and attitude because C expresses to everyone that being 10 minutes late everyday is no big deal. 

@David Tardy  Just need to find yourself a good housekeeper and/or maintenance person. 

Point blank drugs a girl I've known for 15 years move to an abandon home has been there for almost 5 years ,crazy and she is a known drug users and dealet I no longer live in long Beach  next to her but she's met a man who now livespecially I think her they **** in bags in the back tardy stolen motor bikes and carsare stored there while there in the middle of stripping them so many drugs needles now they have come up with fraudulent documents of ownership for the home and is tryingoing to sell it to a few diffrent people she just came up with a fake check for 10,000 I'm in fear 

If you are not kind and want to be an *** hole you can reinforce slight tardy fine and wonder why each year you have vacancy and no one wants to stay after 1st year. 

Your actual JV "Agreement" should already be in place (and in writing) before he gets any deal signed.A lot of "dynamic" people are not so prompt when it comes to what they perceive as petty-administration, so I wouldn't recommend being too quick to condemn his apparent tardiness.

I do see my post represents just after midnight so it does say Dec 24, but I did not work on X-mas Eve, X-mas Day, or even until just now the day after X-mas, hence my tardy response to your post and all the others.
