newbie: "virginia is for lovers of real estate!"

hey everybody!

a bit tardy in posting a greeting...apologies.
i'm keith "sage" ottman, fairly new to re investing, but want to make the switch ultimately from small business owner (specialty coffee shop, raleigh, nc) to full time investor.

my interests include finding a deal, and then being able to best identify its higher and better purpose regarding the transaction. so, these days i think it might be prudent to gain education in an array of real estate approaches in order to wholesale, buy and hold, rehab, etc., etc. that includes how to fund the deal as well. vastly interested in multi units, mobiles, and mobile home parks as well.

i'm in a rural area of virginia...would love to interact with everyone else in rural settings who are creating positive real estate investment pursuits for themselves and for their clients!
