Vacation Rentals in Galveston TX - Occupancy Levels

I am thinking about purchasing a home or condo in Galveston, TX to use as a str and need input on occupancy rates.  There is a report you can buy for $80 from Air DNA which shows data from Airbnb, but wanted to see if I could get some input from BP'ers.  Thanks for your feedback.

I met with Timothy Church and Brittney Stewart while in Galveston and they both said their rentals are doing very well. The water was clear and the beaches were clean. We drove around Saturday and Sunday evening and the night life was hopping. Will definitely be buying a VR in Galveston this year.
