(BTW, if you type the "@" symbol and then someone's name, it will tag them so they get notified that you replied to them-- like @Darren Eady) 100% financing for a purchase or rehab is always a hard sell, especially to someone you've never done business with, that is unless you have a proven track record with the records to back it up.
