I’ve also known a few lenders who build in a fee for waiving a stipulation in the loan agreement - so if they discover a second lien they could issue a small fee (one time or monthly) for allowing the borrower to be outside of their loan agreement.

Let the tenants install it stipulating they need to put down new top soil first and if the lawn doesn't take, they need to pay for a replacement-chances are it will be fine.

I believe the fire was started by a squatter.This requirement, as ridiculous as it sounds, was in the master commercial policy, a copy of which had never once been provided nor had this requirement ever been stipulated by the agency.
