You’re not offering full ask no matter how you try to spin it.

Before I joined I was trying to carry my multifamily goal by myself, I thought the only way I could get into multifamily was to have enough money to buy a property on my own so I was trying everything I could think of but ended up just spinning my wheels.

To really knock off America though, that's going to take a whole different spin.

I would let this one go to foreclosure, ouch, and be able to hold onto my Texas property, but now they are connected and I can't separate the assets.)So, that's the story, I hope someone can help me, I feel like I am spinning circles in the endless tornado of hell.

Hi Matthew, I'll echo what the others above have said and give my own spin on things.

Won't say it never happens, but I think the chances are slim and you can spin a lot of wheels trying to make this happen.   

I think you're going to be spinning your wheels and going nowhere with this strategy.
